The Unpacking Program is a 12-week self-paced course for participants who wish to build upon the Emotional Triggers Introduction Program. This is ideal for the overwhelmed parent who wishes to develop their own tool kit for managing emotional triggers from parenting but does not have the headspace (time or energy) to attend regularly scheduled live sessions (yet). It’s a great way to start the healing journey.


– Understand basic concepts that will change beliefs about triggers.
– Start and explore the healing journey in a no shame, no pressure manner.
– Feel hope that things can be different and life can be lived with more flow.
